The firm’s Chief Innovation Officer and Founder is a member of the Executive Board and is a Visionary social entrepreneur with over fifty-Four years of hands-on experience in Community Economic Development, working with diverse populations, specializing in public, private/ nonprofit, and for-profit partnerships, "Triple Bottom Line" (People, Planet, Profit) business development, project development, and the
development of alternative economic strategies for communities that are socially and economically disadvantaged.

Excellent oratory, presentation, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills, also skilled in developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures, in 2001 he authored the Tri-Angular Initiatives ™ Community Economic Development Strategy and in 2017 he authored “Utilizing Innovation
as A Tool for Economic Development”. Saadik has lived in and traveled extensively throughout West Africa since February of 2008 and is very versed in the intricacies of Politics and doing business in the ECOWAS region.
